My Story

 

I remember the exact moment everything shifted.  As a busy business owner and mom, I would see patients all day and then come home and do dinner and bath routines. One night in particular, lying in bed, feeling completely exhausted, overwhelmed, and barely holding it together, I realized I was not taking care of myself. I had built a successful aesthetic practice, but I was running on empty.  

Despite knowing how to make women look their best, I wasn’t taking care of myself and I certainly wasn’t helping my patients feel their best beneath the surface.

The moment cracked something open in me. Because it wasn’t just me.

Every day, I sat across from women in my chair–beautiful, successful, outwardly put together, yet quietly battling fatigue, brain fog, hormone issues, and feeling completely disconnected from the vibrant energy they once had. 

For years, I referred patients to various providers–functional med clinics, hormone specialists, wellness coaches–but none of them offered the exact approach I knew my patients needed. So I created it.
